Pricing & Policies

Payment

Payment is due upon receipt of services. We accept cash, major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, VISA, and Discover), and debit. We also accept FSA/HSA cards.

Insurance
We are currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care and Aetna (our newest in network insurance provider) insurance plans. We can provide you with a superbill to submit to other insurance companies.

 

Cancellation

Though walk-ins are welcome, visits by appointment are preferred to ensure that our patients receive individualized attention and care. If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so other patients may be offered the availability. If an appointment is missed or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, a charge of 50% of the scheduled service will be applied.

 

For All Non-Medical Appointments:
When scheduling non medical appointments you will be required to provide a credit card number to HOLD your appointment(s) as we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. This policy states that you agree to call Cornerstone Healing directly if you need to make any changes or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time. If you failed to cancel within 24 hrs, your credit card will be charged a $35 fee. In the event of same day cancellation, or missed appointment, the credit card on file will be charged 100% of the service fee. So PLEASE be sure to select a time that works with your schedule and if anything comes up just give us 24 hours and we will happily reschedule your appointment.

 

Courtesy
As a courtesy to our patients, please keep voice levels low when sessions are in progress. Since everyone has different reactions to strong scents, please do not wear perfumes or fragrances and be mindful of personal hygiene. This will help make everyone’s experience at Cornerstone Healing a pleasant one.​

 

Gratuity Policy
Gratuity at Cornerstone Healing is completely optional and left to your discretion. If you were pleased with the services provided, please feel free to show your appreciation with the gratuity envelopes provided at the front desk. Gratuity is accepted in cash only.

 

Merchandise Return Policy
We will accept the return or exchange of unopened merchandise within up to 14 days of purchase.

Gift Certificates

Our gift certificates are a great way to make sure the ones you love are taking good care of themselves. We are happy to assist you with them in person, or you can call us and have them mailed to the address of your choice. Each of our gift certificates have a one year expiration date. Give the gift of loving care!
